Licensing deal – availability in iTunes, Spotify and much more!

Well, an update was long overdue, so here we go.

FOR GREATER GOOD is proud to have an agreement with CLUSTER PARK.
What does that mean for you, our dear fans?
Well, Cluster-Park, founded in 2017, is specialised in global music distribution (digital, vinyl, CD), licensing, publishing and synchronisation. Additionally Cluster-Park offers services in digital marketing, media promotion, legal advice, catalogue management and artist & repertoire support.
In practice, this means that in the first place we will be available on a lot of digital platforms.
There was the Bandcamp page of course, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Now, the deal with Cluster Park will see us pop up on iTunes, Deezer, Spotify and many more. All our albums (5 up till now) are available for listening, buying and downloading. Click on the source of your choice in this post and bam, you are there! If more are added, we will keep you all updated.
Ain’t that great?

If that’s not enough already, we now also have a dedicated YouTube channel. Here you can listen to all the albums and songs as well, and give them a big thumbs up. It is also very convenient to spread the word around on Facebook and the like.

As a fan, you can really help us by listening to our music, liking, sharing and reviewing. It won’t take much of your time, but it would be a big help for us.

Thanks in advance and enjoy!

You will have the opportunity to buy all remixes in one package very soon, stay tuned and… enjoy the holidays!

DREAMWASH, project by samdevos – EP out this week!

As some of you may know, samdevos is a busy man. Not only is he busy with all things FOR GREATER GOOD, he’s also a live musician with Vomito Negro, does nice things with SwanDream and still finds the time, inspiration and energy to make his own DREAMWASH sounds, an experimental electronic-ambient adventure that is really worth your attention.

And lots of people appreciate it, so it seems, because it landed him a deal with Deaf Owl Communication, the label founded by Roel Butzen (Bonzai Records, Violent Wake-up and others) and housing some other memorable new acts like VV303 (which you may recognize from the super remix he did for For Greater Good recently) and SteMaTik !

The first DREAMWASH EP will be out on November 29, 2012 and is titled “Double Sided E.P.”, containing the songs ‘Double Sided’, ‘Dark Secret’ and ‘Atmosphere Is For Breathing’.

Check out the Deaf Owl Communication site for audioclips, and in the meantime, watch the teaser trailer!

For Greater Good – Remixed and Reworked – Second Batch

Two weeks after the first Remixed and Reworked batch was released, we will unleash the second batch upon you!

The three new additions are:

– A slowly pulsating remix by German electro pioneers P•A•L:  P•A•L – Love Your Terrorist (Adore Power Remix)

– A deep pounding rework by progressive cinematronic producer 6SISS:  6SISS – Le Jugement Du Roi En Jaune (6SISS Remix)

– An electro-makeover by Sherman Pollishers electropop project Toshe Station:  Toshe Station – Distress (Toshe Station’s Vision)

They were added to the album Remixed and Reworked, so listen to all six remixes up till now!

Wumpscut’s “Shrekk und Grauss (For Greater Good Remix)”

A while ago we read about the Wumpscut “Shrekk und Grauss” Remix Contest and made the For Greater Good remix. The track was not selected for the CD-box but we liked it a lot so we got in touch with :w:

Rudy was so kind as to let us post our remix version online so here goes. Enjoy!

Thank you all for visiting Dylebient 2011!

Dylebient 2011, this first time festival was organised by Gert de Meester, and was a small but very nice and cosy festival!

The other bands were very good, thoroughly enjoyed Gerts first performance with Distant Fires Burning, Mashta Uirtu was cool as well, and also Premonition Factory was super! Amorph set us off into the night with some chilled IDM/glitch/electro.

We had a great time being there and playing. Again Mark B. did a great job as our sound engineer, thanks! Also big thumbs up for Peter G and Peter DK, joining us on stage again, this setup works out very well. :-)

Also a big thanks to all people that came to this event, not always easy for a first-time event to reach out to people, but a lot of old friends AND a lot of new ones found their way to Mechelen.

A load of pictures were taken and we will post the best ones on our Flickr page asap. There is also some video material out there so stay tuned for that as well!

Setlist was: Ossetian Ossuary – Le Jugement Du Roi En Jaune – Orbit – Love Your Terrorist – Insane Asylum – Rush Hour – DTFN – Distress – Ihtyll
